Somethings not right here,,watch out for the "Dealer Fee" of $500+ that they don't tell you about til the end and the false caring,,very disappointed in these folks,,
Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Complete and total lack of preparation and follow up from the sales and finance departments. Multiple phone calls on my part to follow up on failed follow up on their part to finalize the process. It was three weeks after I took delivery of the car before I finally received my paper work. RecommendedI recently purchased a Jetta for my son. Tody Pena and team went out of their way to make this experience a memorable one. The entire team was waiting inside to congratulate him, balloons everywhere along with a cake and pizza. He made the entire process easy and his follow up was appropriate and not over the top. I highly recommend Toby and team.

I bought a 2015 Jetta in July and made sure it was a cpo vehicle. The beginning of October I turned on my heated seats and noticed the drivers side was broken but the passenger side did work. I called Dylan in service and he made sure he got me in fast and even offered me a loaner car since I really can’t go without a car with all my appointments and work in between. I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan from there. It smelled like cigar smoke and they promised me they could get the smell out! Well, they couldn’t! They were not willing to make things right and now won’t return any calls even after they promise they will. Classic used car sales staff! I will make to tell people to avoid AutoFair in general.
Went in and test drove a truck. Told them I was already pre-approved for a loan and was only just beginning to shop, but they said they could "definitely" get me better terms. Long story short, they ended up applying for a loan on my behalf to about 8 different places. I stormed out of there, and I've since received 5 letters explaining why my loan was declined, and my credit score took a big hit. All for a loan I didn't apply for!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
the service department needs a complete overhaul.
