So I purchased a new vehicle Thursday and traded in my old one. They withdrew a payment for the traded in vehicle this past Monday. I called VW Credit- they’re now fully automated and hang up on you.... can’t send an email to them. Call Autofair and they’re telling me to wait “for us to pay the car off, which will be technically overpaid, and then you’ll get the check for $566.” So you guys messed up and withdrew $566 and now I’m supposed to wait at a minimum- 1 week for your mistake! RecommendedWe brought our 2019 VW Jetta GLI in for its first scheduled service. We picked up our vehicle after the service was completed. It was the service manager that actually closed out our paperwork. We actually brought the vehicle in earlier this year for a complaint of a rattle under the hood. The vehicle only had 4K on it at the time. For some reason they changed the engine oil prematurely while it was there. This was considered our 1 free service. Bob was outstanding. I went in looking for one car, he set up a test drive then switched on the fly when I saw another model I liked. Then he scheduled a visit for my wife as well. During the buying process, I feel like we were treated fairly as well. Great service!
I took my 2018 Tiguan in today to get a sticker. After over an hour of waiting, they rejected the car for the windshield wipers. They work just fine. They wanted $93.00 for 3 wipers. I felt they could have have passed the car and just told me it needed the wipers. They clear the windows just fine. I'm not sure I will get my car inspected there again.
