We had an amazing experience purchasing our car there. I absolutely love my Atlas. I would definitely recommend purchasing a VW from them. But Do NOT purchase the service package!! We took it in today for the first oil change and to take care of a recall. We were quoted 1-1.5 hours. Brought my Jeep which I bought here in for a check engine light on, running rough. told them it was probably a coil as it was acting like it did when I replaced a coil last year. 6 Hrs later they tell me the mechanic can't figure it out. I bring it to a Jeep mechanic and in 5 mins he tells me bad coil on cylinder 4. I realize your not Jeep mechanics but if you don't know a code, Google it or call a Jeep place! It only took an hour an half to find the car I wanted, test drive it and sign papers before I drove it out of the parking lot!!! Second Volkswagen so I knew what I wanted.
