Don’t recommend this dealership. They are bunched assholes. The service department sucks! Basically, it is a crooks joint! They are preaching e-price but again offer unrealistic trade in value. No desire to do Business. We were there at 4:30 pm on a Saturday and we were the only customer there! Absolutely unbelievable! They are losers! Slowest service ever! Get your act together, it is sad really
BAD BUSINESS!! I went down here 4 times because I was contacted about having my car bought from the used car department. Got offered 4 different numbers from multiple people. Was quoted by KEVIN then TOBY. Communication was poor. Carelessness was great. Got offered 15.5. Then 13.8 then 12.5 then 12 over the course of 5 days. Car max has the best customer service.
Had issues with my cars headlights after speaking with Meeko the issue was resolved easily .... Meeko is the man to see if u want someone who will stand by u thru everything he is a man of his word. Thank you Meeko u rock man ���

This dealership is a joke. When the customer is challenged on the facts and there is not an ounce of satisfaction after several visits it's time to find a new dealership that knows what customer service really is. No wonder the overall rating is 3.8. Buyer beware.
