I got a car and then had to return because I got diagnosed with cancer and couldn't walk or even work and all you guys want is money, well I have to pay medical bills and I value my life a lot more. It would be amazing if people would actually acknowledge something and be like ok you have a medical issue take care of it. I will no longer be a fan of this company. One more thing, I don't have have the damn car anymore....
We traded in our leased Nissan and leased a new Altima at AutoFair. An auto-payment for the previous vehicle was already in progress, so we unfortunately couldn’t cancel it. Nissan Finance advised us to contact the dealer directly to expedite the return of the extra payment. It’s now been over 3 weeks since making the deal and we still haven't received our overpayment yet.
