NO stars. Company puts them on and I cant remove them. I received HORRIBLE service. Had a coupon for oil change and my car came out sounding like the muffler was off. They denied doing anything and offered NO solution but to fix the problem I believe they created for $200. Now i have to have it fixed BUT am going to a better dealer and its $150.
If your looking for a dealer who lies, is underhanded , deceitful and doesn't stand behind their product or word, you have come to the right place! They train their sales people to be even more underhanded than their bosses. I would never recommend them to clean my toilet bowl let alone sell you a car! It's been more than two weeks since Auto Fair completely lied to me as a customer to sell me a car. These people are liars, cheaters and deceitful .DO NOT BY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO!
This place is garbage. I've had nothing but problems with the "certified" car I bought here. Only to be told they won't even look at it and I need to bring it else where. BULLSHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

Bought a used car from here with 15,000 miles on it , nice car paid $16,800 for it , full asking price , had to take it to ford garage 2 days later for outstanding recall notice. After driving it for 3000 miles back brakes has rotor issues and the used car manager didn't want to help with the cost to fix. The best they would after I expressed my dissatisfaction was a 50% discount ! Not good business if you ask me. No return business coming from this guy I can tell ya. !!!!
High pressure sales approach. Told Jonathon what we wanted and what we could afford from Day 1. Since then it's a couple phone calls a day with the same offer above our price range and him asking " What will it take to put you in this car?" No thanks. I don't like the badgering. I won't recommend this place for anyone.
