Horrible customer service!! 2 hour wait to sign on a lease after we were promised no longer than an hour. The sales manager gave my deposit back and told me if we left with out taking delivery of the Sentra that we would lose the deal. This was after they had a signed bill of sale and insurance in hand. He told me it was a today and today only deal. Well unfortunately for Auto Fair and fortunately for me we got a better deal at another dealer. So much for their today and today only deal. Leased my second car from Josh Grattan and could not be happier! Very informative about the ins and outs of my new Rogue Sport, answered all my questions without hesitation and adjusted the price to where I am comfortable.
