Horrible delivery experience followed by more horrible customer service trying to get it resolved. I guess this is what we get for buying 7 cars from them. Never again.

We stopped in to just look at a Murano as many other dealers are closed on Sundays. We drove a used one and a new one. Loved the new one so much but the payments were going to be higher than we wanted. Our salesman, Dan, walked us through how a lease works as we have never leased. In addition he helped us by getting the manager to match a lower price at a different dealer (who was closed Sundays) to get our payments where we wanted them. I purchased a new Xterra in 2015. The experience was satisfactory but now 4 yrs later I brought the vehicle in for a new starter. I already knew what the price for the job would be (roughly) as a got quotes from other Nissan dealerships. When Autofair quoted me they had doubled the already marked up price for their starter from $475 to almost $900. I guess they saw me coming. I. visited this dealership twice on the last week. I dealt we oth 2 salesman Scott and van, both were friendly to work. this Thursday I had time to test drive and inquire about purchasing a Sentra. when I was about to leave the sales manager came over and asked why I bothered to come in. I am so glad I made the decision to go to port city Nissan and was treated like family. they wete able to get me what I wanted and I left a very happy customer.
