Car buying experience was great but more importantly since the lease of my Murano in 2019, Saul, my sales rep had consistently followed up to see how things are going. Car-wise they’re super. The service department is welcoming, takes care of things in a timely manner, and offers a comfortable seating/waiting area. Today, they threw in a car wash because I agreed to stay for an extra 15 minutes of maintenance work. I was there on short notice for inspection. Left feeling like a pretty appreciated customer.
