I recommended my Uncle to purchase a vehicle from you back in 2017. The initial sale was good, but once that was complete your service department failed to provide any level of customer service that one would expect based on the initial sales interaction. I bought my 2019 Maxima last Oct & that was a great experience. Recently I went in for my first service & my service advisor Sam was very knowledgeable & very helpful to me to get a bent wheel fixed, that they discovered while it was on the lift for an oil change. He went out of his way to find someone close to where I live that honors the contract I have. In general he just had a very pleasant attitude. I was very grateful.
First of all it all starts from the first call !!! Then you go in and you are welcomed as if you were family! I all ready knew what we wanted and they had it ready for me ! When we went in I came with 4 different plans and was ready to go through them ! All I needed was one plan and it was perfect! Now mind you it’s closing time and they all stayed till 10:30 pm to make it happen and so we could drive away with the vehicle which I never expected!
