The sales staff worked with me to make sure I was really happy. I'm not new to this dealer, service is impeccable. The sales always remembers me by name, When they say were family, they mean it. When I took sick they all sent me get well wishes. After my recovery, I went for a visit,and a question, I was as always greeted with someone opening the door for me, everyone of them came out to the parking lot to greet me. Normally I would rather wait in the deli line at Market Basket on a Sunday with my two kids than buy a new car and converse with the salesman. That was until I came here and met Spencer Cusick. He exceeded all my expectations. I guess that’s pretty easy to do when you have no expectations to begin with but for real he was great. If you have been putting off buying a new car because you just don’t want to deal with the whole car buying experience, I suggest coming here and seeing Spencer.
