Don't try and get something replaced or repaired! My daughter Have been told on several occasions "Were hearing things or it is supposed to sound like that". My daughter Went to another dealership and it was fixed and it was not me. Insulation was missing! Never again!!! She's done with this dealership and their BS excuses! Reports going to state of NH!
My son decided to buy a used VW Golf from AutoUNfair and over the course of 6 months, the car was back in the service dept at least 3-4 times with engine light issues, turbo issues, brakes totally gone 4 months after purchase and tires needed to be replace before 6 months. I bought my car in 2014 from here Sean was great and my service advisor Luke is awesome I wouldn't go anywhere else
Forget to put oil cap back after an oil change. Drove around all weekend until the engine started smoking. They said that nothing was wrong and simply redid the oil change and replaced cover because it was spattered with oil everywhere. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Every single person I encountered here was so pleasant and helpful. They found me financing even though my credit isn't perfect. Jamie was very thorough and helpful in figuring out how to find me a loan to finance a brand new vehicle. Andy was super efficient and helped me find the best option for my needs and was also extremely personable. I couldn't have had a better experience!! Thank you all ��
