I had a coupon I had received for a Free Wash and interior cleaning. First of all it's not handwashed but ran through a drive thru car wash. My 3 yr old niece could have did a better job on the windows with all the lint from the paper towels left over. Very poor vacuum job and horrible job cleaning interior. Definitely not impressed. No wonder was only 15 min wait on a Hot sunny day. Glad it was free as I will Not be returning!
very disappointed dead bug on the dashboard still, ashtray we use as a change holder still had dirt in it I could wipe out with my finger, still just filthy, windows smudged ruined our evening truly
I never have any problems when I only pay for them to take care of my exterior. Very fine job always. Yesterday, however, is the first and last day I will ever give them money to take care of my interior as advertised. Had I not checked before driving off, they would have let me go with only having my front carpet vacuumed (as obvious as it was that the back needed vacuuming too). I arrived at the car wash around 7:30 PM on a Friday evening. There were two people working and I waited in my car at least 5 minutes before I pulled up to be talked to. There were two cars in front of me. I then waited about 25 minutes for my car to be done. Considering there were only the two people working I don’t understand how my car was hand dried like I paid for. When I got in my car and left, the inside was not clean. I got the $34.00 manager special. Normally they do a good job. The young kids that did the outside did a great job but the guy that did the vacuum and interior wipe down. What a joke. I wish I could post my pictures. You need to go back to vacuum school.
Second time using Autobell on Holland. They were so busy yesterday, cars wrapped around so I was convinced it was going to be a long stay. Even with all the cars they were organized and hardworking so I was in and out in no time. The prices are extremely reasonable and their workers do an excellent job. I have also used the overpriced competition down the road, this place has done a better job all the way around.
Always efficient and effective, this is my “go to” place for clean cars. Both of my cars have the “full service” package, which I consider to be an amazing value. If you are looking for profession, polite, and expedient service, this is the place for you!
