I would absolutely never come back to an Auto Bell! Not only is the actual service horrible, but the customer service is just as bad. I paid $40 for my car to be cleaned and the job was unsatisfactory. I demanded a refund, and I was told they could send me coupons for my inconvenience. I've spoken to the assistant manager, manager, and district manager and none of them can tell me their refund policy. This place is horrible. They broke my car door handle and the "Manager" Sierra, flat out lied to my face about her being the store manager. Would not give me her last name or anyone else I could talk to. She implied that it was previously damaged. IT WAS NOT!!! Then after I wrote my statement and signed. SHE PROCEEDED to write stuff, sign it and would not let me look at it or initial until after she gave me slip and dismissed me. I've contacted corporate. Workers hustle and still manage to do a great job. All are well mannered, well spoken and polite. Our Suburban always leaves there in pristine condition.
