They sell me a faulty car with break problems and they did not want to give me my money back. I was like that the finance call me in the last they that I could complain. Part-exchanged my VRs, quoted over the phone. Agreed a price and we arranged a day. Picked up a stunning Tiguan, done a superb job of preparing the car. It’s gleaming. The process was super quick, great customer service. And the lads were always double checking, which is reassuring. And they noticed that I was actually over paying which they quickly rectified. - shows a honest salesman.
Came prepared to buy a car but wasn't expecting such a low level of customer service. I called ahead of time to test drive a car. When I arrived the car was still blocked in. No staff approached when I arrived. I asked for the key and reminded staff I had booked a test drive. This went ignored and the car remained blocked in. Wasted 30 minutes and still staff hadn't moved the car for a test drive. Seemed to have no interest in selling the car, answering mobiles mid conversation. Rude and gormless staff.
Sold me a car with issues and i was left to have them fixed myself. Constant juddering, back and forth to the office the car had previouslybeen broken into and come back to me twlling me the owner before did it?, when i called i was put on loud speaker with 2 salesman ganging up, oil leak terbo leak, lied about fixing the issues then when leaving the office a screw appeard in the side of my tyre that looked deliberate , DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. ITS ALL A SCAM!
