Terrible experience, and still paying for it 11 months on… Was promised a full valet prior to driving it away as it smelled so badly of cigarettes. Bobbie even advised me give them 4 days to allow time to get the car up to spec for me. I was also assured that any mechanical issues would be dealt with in time for collection. Fast forward 4 days when it was time to collect the car. Received a phone call at about 6pm stating that it was ready (nearly closing time).
