Bought my astra from them in 2020, soon after buying startted hearing terrible engine noise, when asked the dealership to cover under warranty they said its not covered in the warranty, very rude customer service also. No care for customer! Had to spend £4000 for major engine repairs
Mis-sold a Cat S car (seems to have happened to others). After months of trying to get my money back and going through the court system they’ve folded the company. Must have done this to others and been in huge debt. Bailiffs went round and they’ve set up a new company (guessing a different owner on paper) Empire Cars. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Wouldn't recommend this place, bought a car 8 months ago, only just realised it's cat s, never got told this and now losing around 2k as I'm having to sell it and can't get more than 1k for it, also they charged us an extra £100 for delivery because he "put the wrong postcode in", even though another company very close to auto time ltd charged me a very very similar price for delivery, overall, wouldn't recommend, seem like a very dodgy business!
Total Con Man, sold a car that wasn't fit for purpose. Seemingly passed an MOT, yet when I had the car independently checked, it would have failed on several points. Given them multiple chances to repair the car and still waiting for the car to be collected from Feb. Having to go to court to try and get something back, avoid avoid avoid.
I have been following a neighbours attempts to get a problem sorted out with a car he paid 5 grand for, he had a safety check done by nissan! not good, so he went back to seller, ok car was a CAT S but clearly not been repaird to MOT std, subframe damage, O/S Body work poorly repaired, if only this young fella had asked me to go with him to check it over, so he is not intouch with others who are not happy with this company and is looking at small claims cour, he has all comms saved and conversations, seller now not answering... read more
