Bought a car three weeks ago , customer service when buying was non existent man in the office had an attitude, could only test drive up a small industrial road .the car was advertised with two different prices and surprise surprise it was the most expensive one . just rang to say I had a problem again same man same attitude not helpful at all telling me to ring ford . Wouldn’t touch these lot with a barge pole shall be speaking to a solicitor regarding returning the vehicle
Quick positive experience. Car was exceptionally prepared for our test drive and we purchased it straight after.

I purchased a car from Auto Sussex in November 2024, which was advertised as having gone through all their checks and having a full service history. Within a week, I returned the vehicle, reporting that the engine felt sluggish and was occasionally misfiring. They inspected it and dismissed my concerns, telling me everything was fine.
