Big shout out to the service centre Good communication from Vanessa, And very pleased with workmanship from James and Tim have been looking for someone to sort out a few minor issues with our Kingham, very good experience all round

Just deleted my previous 5 review which related to the Service Centres great service 2 years ago when we had a few problems with our Kingham. We now have a Broadway End Lounge. After trying out 13 motorhomes and 4 caravans, in 14 years, I reckon I am a connoisseur. Whilst I could certainly improve aspects of this van, it is my favourite. It is a 2022 model and we bought it with a crack in the habitation door window and a damaged blind over lounge area. We booked our 2019 Auto Sleeper Symbol in at the service centre because we were experiencing electrical issues with it. From the outset, we were looked after so well by Vanessa (service reception) and James (Technician). James suspected what the fault was and we left the van with them to investigate and diagnose. We walked to nearby Broadway and within an hour of us leaving it, Vanessa called to explain the fault and what was required to get it fixed.
