Dealer did respond accordingly and answered all my questions.
I was pleased in the way they responded to my inquiry, we visited the dealership and was treated with upmost respect, Doug did his best to get the car financed, but was unsuccessful.
Overall a good experience. Doug kept his word on all the things we negotiated, including shipping a missing part. One of the better car buying experiences we've had.
