It was a good experience with them, shopping for a vehicle.
They were nice.And helpful.Until I had to message them about my financing response.Which was no.Then they didn't want to mess with me.Was trying to get more info about the truck so I could try my credit union who told me they were asking more than blue book then the lied and told me truck was sold.But it's still there.Lol.Oh well I'll take my approval letter somewhere else where they want my business.

Our lenders were unable to approve you due to self-employment and the negative equity you had in your trade.Our lenders work off of NADA values not Blue Book as NADA is more common in this part of the country. In the meantime, yes that truck did sell. Unless a deposit is placed upon a vehicle to hold, that vehicle is available for anybody to purchase. We really do appreciate your consideration and hope you have found a vehicle that worked within your parameters.
Doug was very helpful from my initial inquiry up to arranging for delivery of the car. The car was as described or better. Delivery was ahead of schedule and my wife is happy.
