Doug Lucas contacted me almost immediately via e-mail. He held the car for me with a small amount on my credit card. I flew to Tulsa where Doug picked me up from the airport. Likely a decent store but on the day I was there it was nothing you would expect from a sophisticated and customer centric dealership. Don't know anything about the inventory- then the Typical bait, catch and "let's see what my manager can do for you" sales game. Couldn't wait for them to ask what's your monthly budget since I wanted to pay cash for the Ridgeline. Ugh. Great training opportunity for the staff. Signed, Keep looking!
