Parking non existent and the assistant told us we weren't even allowed to pick up or drop off in the bus lane outside. Had to walk 500 yards from where we parked (only to be told when leaving that we shouldn't be parked there) to buy a scooter but the assistant said they didn't do anything which split down into three ot four pieces to fit in the boot of a car. I told the lady I had seen one on the website. She told be they didn't have any WiFi and I couldn't look on the website there, even on my phone. Back home I can see th... read more
Unfortunately google doesn't allow for the ability to give - starts. But if theydis this company would be- 100 stars. Their staff and service are absolutely disgracefully. The so called owner Barry leaves a lot to be desired. A hundred phone calls just to be told we will pass your details over and a member of staff will call you back. Which they never do. Barry can not ever show face and give a curtsey call back just to give an update on our adaptation. This is byfar the worst company the deal with mobility. I beg you all pl... read more
Hi all I can only thank all staff fore all there help and the repair staff Jamie was out standing fore the repairs carried out on my adapted fore transit Jamie was quick to respond to repair calling to me at home some distance from work shop very knowledgeable about complex electric which controlle the van really good service nice when staff explain repairs so on Can not thank you all enough andy
