I was just visiting this location for the first time and I will never go back again. I got the premium wash but told them not to worry about the trunk vacuum. However, I would expect the interior of my car to be properly vacuumed but it was not. There was one box on my back floor that was not even moved. So now I have one side of the car filthy because they did not vacuum it. My back seat was also very poorly vacuumed. For the price I would expect a much better job. I'm also now missing a button off my radio.
Your phone number is not working and I need to cancel the monthly car wash recurring fee. Can someone please respond and let me know what number I can reach you on? I have tried 3 different numbers and your website is not working either. Thank you.
Auto indulgence, customer disrespect. For the 2nd time, they have refused to hand wash my car. 1st it was a refusal on a weekend because "we need to take someone off the line" to wash my car (at a premium price). I get it, a business choice. Today, they extended that to Friday's also. Good guys but for crying out loud, I am done. Mammoth car wash is more expensive but the wash is superior and they appear to actual want my business. That's where I went after I declined the offer to join their (monthly fee) club.
Customer service manager, Jason, was polite and friendly. Made me feel right at home. Clean and organized inside lounge. Folks cleaned my car inside and out meticulously. Excellent service. Car looks like brand new.
Horrible place to get a wash. Paid 30 plus dollars for a half ass job. Still bugs and dirt on the paint. Half attempt to clean the interior. I do not recommend and will not go back. I recommend Happy Days hand wash on Holcomb Bridge Road. I usually go there but was in a hurry today...
What the up charge scam with the check in guy. Seems he'll say whatevet to make you pay more the deny it after. Then Matt manage tells you to leave the property when you point out damage his staff did. I was so upset with the service I had to call the police. Had been going here for 20 years .. never ever again .
