Terrible customer service. Matt, the manager, does not have any customer service skills.
Car wash machine broke my side mirror. I filled out an incident report and then they wouldn't return my phone calls or emails. After 3 weeks they finally got back to me and said they would not replace or pay for the mirror. to get back to me after I completed the incident report and then said they would not fix it. Avoid this place. Horrible customer service. Did not even offer to refund the cost of the car wash.
Was told my car was too low to go through and would have to be hand washed at 1 1/2 the price. Dirty inside and out. At best the outside got a rinse.
2 stars/Thief ... 1st time visiting the Alpharetta,Ga loc. I in error left my make-up bag in the car b/c I was so focused making sure I removed my IPod & Sunglasses -thank God I did. A female that worked on 6/13/15 around 12noon (you know who you are) stole my tube of MAC Heroine/Purple lipstick & Milani Confident/Red lipstick. I love this place. They do as good or better than I would. And i have the cheapest plan.
can I rate this w\o giving a star? I spent $50 today, 02/11/2015, and am not happy...called them up and the service mnger outside said they didnt do what I wanted, but I PAID for that....that is the only reason why paid the $50 was for them to do the wheels b\c they sold me on that....not HAPPY AT ALL.....
Cup holders not cleaned. Passenger seat not vacuumed. Went in to have carpets cleaned bc of spilled soup was unbelievably smelly. Was talked into $50 detail. They did a good job on the carpets, but disappointed that for what I paid major things weren't cleaned. Even after pointing out the cup holders they were still dirty. Definitely not my first choice next time. Especially for the price.
Auto Indulgence has a friendly and courteous staff that takes pride in my vehicle when it leaves the wash. It is perfect every time.
