Not sure what's up, been coming here for years but today my car washing left me with flim on the windows and bird droppings on the hood. Not feeling this place anymore.. �
I have been a long time customer of this location, but will not be visiting again. The service has been trending downward (not sure if there has been a management change or not), but today was the final straw with a mediocre job and they didn't put one of my floor mats back in. I tried calling a few times with no response, hoping I could pick it up tomorrow when I was back up that way. It's always a pleasure to go here. I've been getting my car hand washed here since I've had it. It's a 2009, but the paint job looks almost new.
Of the years of coming to this car wash this was the absolute worse! $27 Supreme Car Wash and all I get is1 hour of wait time, sent back twice to vacuum and wipe kick plates and a whole lot of excuses. Absolutely the worse. Time to find another car wash.
Beware- they don't wash commercial vehicles-including SUVs. What a ridiculous policy!
I don't understand why a car wash business can't wash my car. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting. I always have to inspect my SUV and show them everything they missed, anything from not vacuuming the back to the interior of the doors and console not being wiped down. It certainly looks better than it did when I arrived but now I'm sitting here looking at the inside of my passenger door at a drip running down the leather from the window cleaner. Every time I come here they try to up sell me. All I want is a car wash. I get a full detail every year, but every time I come in they keep telling me I need something more than a car wash even in my new 2016 car
Took my truck for a basic clean. Got it back and the roof and back window had not been touched. The back window even had bird droppings on it which was plainly visible. The waiting area is nice, and the wait is not too long, but why pay for personal attention when you don't get it. I came back the next day with my car, the auto clean was broken, so I paid $10 more for a hand car wash. Ok, this is going to be good: NOT!~!~ Again, parts of the roof had not been cleaned.
