This place has gone from good to HORRIBLE! The up-charge for imaginary Dog Hair and hard sell on the monthly membership has steered me clear of this place for good. They have been arrogant and the wash itself has been mediocre. This place is losing a lot of business and I suspect, a lot of employees.
Absolutely the best car wash!! Not only do they do a great job every time I have my car washed, but EVERY employee is courteous and genuinely concerned that I have a great experience every time I visit either location!! I have the monthly membership so I frequently have my car washed. I’m slightly disabled. Every employee asks me how I’m doing each time I visit. Horrible. Paid 27.95 for wash. After my car had gone through they let me know that there would be a $14.95 charge for dog hair. It is my MIL’s car who has no dog. We were at the beach for a week. I paid 27.95 for an exterior wash. Horrible. Go to Mr. Clean on Holcomb Bridge. So much better. The owner told me it is what it is. They have lost 2 customers.
Sorry 1st time experience and was told I had to pay extra because I had dogs that's crap I've never had someone charge me more money because I have a dog, the guy was very pushy and I choose to not have them service my car
So, I bring my truck to be washed once a month and I am asked about joining the membership. I always say I do not want it. Today I was told that it would be $15.00 extra to do my truck since I had grass in it. I was even pointed to a sign that said that and in big letters it had FOR NON MEMEBERS. Auto Indulgence in Alpharetta actually told me "We only clean CLEAN cars" when I took my car to get washed. I asked him if he heard what he just said....? This was after a 10 minute sales pitch to buy the $41 monthly car wash package, and I declined and said ill take the $24 one.....then he said it would be an additional $30 to vacuum it as it would hold up the line. Horrible customer service -manager was rude and arrogant. Actually told me my car was “too dirty” to clean bc had some dried mud on seat from my dog. Save yourself the experience!
