I like how I paid Auto Indulgence $27.00 for me to wash my own car after the fact. I thought I was receiving customer service with the driver’s side door being opened for me. Just a stunt as they blatantly missed a spot on my door. I really enjoyed coming here, especially when they first opened. However, service has gone down drastically- to the point that I’ll never come back again.
Have had my car washed there 3 times. First time it was ok 2nd and 3rd time terrible won't be wasting my money there again.
They broke the drivers side power seat consol and refuse to fix or do anything about it. Owner wouldn’t even respond to my email. Terrible service!!!
Horrible customer service! This place used to be wonderful but it has gone downhill. And a $15 surcharge on a $22 car wash is absurd because they think their might be dog hair in the car even though the dog has never been in his car EVER!!! I understand if they want to charge a few $ more if you need extra vacuuming or something, but the surcharge is insane! What if they asked if we own a dog and we lied? What if we had a service dog? I showed up on a Friday afternoon to get my car washed. The attendants (who were very kind and professional) checked my backseat and noticed a small amount of dog hair in the corner on the floor. They said I had to either buy their membership or pay an extra $15 upcharge to vacuum the dog hair. I told them I didn’t care if they vacuumed it or not because it was just a small amount and it’s usually covered by my dog’s seat hammock.
