They could improve customer service after delivering bad service at high prices. I paid $60 for a hand wash and after seeing the centerline of the hood of my truck and bird droppings had not been washed when viewed under better lighting, they would not compensate me for the incomplete wash. I provided a picture of the hood and they wanted me to drive an hour back to them to have it washed again. They have more 1-star Google reviews than any other star rating. Believe the Google reviews!
I was just there this morning. Paid for a basic car wash @$27.95 and I am really disappointed how dirty it is in the interior! There was one other car there, so there was plenty of time and people available to work.
Never again! I gave my wife a gift card for Christmas. $39.95 for a car wash premium service. Yesterday she took it in for the service. To say I was disappointed in the service would be an understatement. There were several spots that were just missed, on one the hood, left side by the gas cap, but worst was the roof looked completely unwashed. I have been a customer for years! Gradually watched services diminish to just basics, both inside and outside. No more TVs in the lounge, furniture falling apart...I could go on and on. Moved out of state and tried to call and cancel my monthly program before it renewed again, was told I had to do it in person. Are they soooo desperate for money that they would attempt to hold a previous premiere customer hostage? Please don't waste your time or money on this business any longer.
At one point this place was the best in town. I seldom write reviews but today was just disappointing. My interior was pretty dirty for my standards but even the guy at check in said it wasn’t that bad but agreed to get the premium service so I could get a good clean on my surfaces. The job was sub par to say the least and the manager agreed it need another once over as I paid for the highest offered service. They didn’t vacuum the back or wipe down my doors or dash. Yesterday, I went to get my car washed on my lunchbreak. There were no cars in line and a couple of cars were getting finished up on the other side. The attendant came to look inside my car and said “Woah!” after seeing all the crumbs in the backseat. He then said, “yeah, we won’t be able to take you.” He recommended ANOTHER car wash 15 minutes away to detail it. Never in my entire life have I heard of a CAR WASH refusing to WASH my CAR!
