Damage to my car was observed when I washed my car a day after I had a window replaced. I tried contacting the email address on their website and never heard back from anyone. Their techs definitely try and get away with damage they cause...and in my case, they probably will. INSPECT your car after the work, unless you're stupid and don't care about your car.
Good prices. HOWEVER, do NOT sign the receipt until you review the work performed on your vehicle. I was left with a 3 inch scuff mark on my truck that I did not notice until I returned home. If you care about your paint/vehicle, make sure you have them review your vehicle before the work and review your vehicle when the work is complete.
