I can't say enough of why you shouldn't go here! 1. Overcharge overcharge overcharge... $125 to block up a window, not replace or repair, just get it put up into place out of the door. ...2. Low price but took forever. The lady on the phone said it would only take an hour and I've been here for two hours. I should called sterilite!!
To start with I called to get a quote on a Monday. We decided it would be best if they did the replacement at my home since I care for 2 toddlers and my elderly grandmother. They informed me they would need to order my windshield and would call me later in the week when it came in to set up what time they would be at my home on Friday. Fast, courteous and professional... Called and got a quick estimate.... And glass installed that day... Very happy with service
The price was very reasonable . However, the women at the front desk are rude and lack great customer service skills. I almost wanted to take my business elsewhere. One of them had an attitude at all times and the other one didn't even acknowledge me . To be honest, I don't know if I will ever use their services again because of this . I would rather pay the extra for great customer service.
Had the windshield replaced today with an original OEM one. Daniel, the Tecnician from Auto Glass Now Burmingham, did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He works like a Swiss watch! Ask for him whenever you need a windshield replaced.
