Had a schedule appointment. Had to wait 4 hours to be told they ordered the wrong windshield. Then was lied to about my original windshield was never removed. Now it leaks, and there are pry marks on the outside plastic (cal panel) which they broke, also they left greasy finger prints on the inside cloth part of my Jeep. Even my phone call to the office lady lied to me. So they all lack professionalism. Was told there is Never a owner site. Everything did not sit well with me and by far one of the worst experiences. Lowest price I could find and Christina had better customer service than the places my insurance sent me to. It definitely helped that the district manager replaced my windshield in record time.
Had a windshield replaced last week; so far so good. Price was competitive, and staff was courteous.
