RecommendedWindshield was ordered and installed same day I called. Great customer service and professional work. Hope I don't have a cracked windshield again but if I do I will be back to the Auto Glass Now Birmingham location.
Half the price and better customer service than satellite
I have gotten two windshields from them. Every time professional and did a good job.
Definitely recommend Auto Glass Now. All staff were very friendly and helpful and they did an excellent job with replacing my windshield at a reasonable price. Definitely 5 star service for me and would choose them again!
Friendly and helpful staff. Very pleased with the service, especially with them being opened on the day after Thanksgiving. Overall, extremely satisfied with my experience!!
Came in at 8am to get my window replaced. The woman said it would only take an hour. But, they ordered glass from a local company, and said it would only take an hour. It ended up being an extra two hours wait for the glass! I highly suggest going with their home service instead of going to their shop. I will not use the shop service again. 2hrs... 10am: still waiting for the glass to arrive. Starting to loose hope of leaving here before noon. 11am: They still don’t know where the delivery person is with my windshield!
I pulled in there yesterday morning to get a windshield in a 2015 Ford Transit two people took my van right in straight away was very nice very pleasant the lady at the desk was funny she was helpful we even set up a fleet account to have our whole entire fleet service with these people so yeah I have no problem with them whatsoever very good place to go very good prices can't beat it
Do not recommend them at all!! Sat home all day waiting for someone to come replace our windshield. They never showed up! I called them all day for updates and finally at 5:45 told them to cancel the order. I told the manager common courtesy is to update the customer with what is going on!!
Told me it would only take 1 hour when I made the appointment to replace my windshield... well how about a 2 1/2 hour wait
