Tough time when someone smashed into our car while it was parked. 5 days before driving to France with family, the arranged a car suitable for the trip. I have to single out Ron who dealt with much for the process as being fantastic. Got a decent settlement for written off car and we are in the process of claiming back expenses. Of all the Credit Hire companies I spoke with these guys seemed the most on it. I hope you don’t have to, but if you need to use one go with these guys.
Auto Claims did a fantastic job of taking on my case as a no fault accident. Ron was amazing he kept me updated with every single thing and answered any question I fired his way. He took all the stress out of having a accident and handled it with perfection. I highly recommend Auto claims to anyone. So thankful for these guys! We had non-fault accident and they took care of everything - didn't need anything to go on our insurance, and they sorted a fantastic courtesy car. Only downside was that the repair took a while to get going (due to miscommunications between the repair company) and sometimes Auto Claims Assist would take long times to respond so we had to do a lot of chasing. However, we had a courtesy car for the whole time and the repairs came out very well! Would definitely recommend
