Using ACA was the best choice. Just over 3 weeks from accident to settled claim. I was told it was clearly a no fault claim from the start as I was hit from behind while stationary and there would be nothing for me to pay. I was a little uncertain when asked to sign the car hire forms etc. but I understand the costs need to be allocated to your name on a credit agreement in order for ACA to claim them back. I appreciated their persistence in dealing with the third-party insurer and their storage of the vehicle while matters were being resolved. Following a no-fault accident I contacted Auto Claims Assist for help. After just three weeks everything has been sorted out and I have received a payment for my car damage.
