Well…what a breath of fresh air getting the car serviced here! I was fully expecting to be ripped off (as what seems to be increasingly normal, especially at the main dealers). Not only was the price reasonable, but it was done in a timely way. Usual experience is “you need your filters changing. This is an additional cost to your service. Would you like to take a mortgage out with us to cover the costs?” So pleasantly surprised and will go back.

Went in for tracking and a puncture today, tracking was a mile out and there was a knocking I couldn’t diagnose. The mechanics not only sorted the tracking, but got to the source of the knocking, and resolved that too. Transpires the knocking could have ended up being quite serious if left unresolved. Ended up getting two new tyres ad the tracking had worn the old ones unevenly,. Tyres in stock and the car ready on time, allowing me to come away for weekend trouble free.
