A normal day yesterday turned into a nightmare when a spring broke and subsequently punctured a tyre. Rang Southwell Auto Centre who were happy to take the car when recovered. They had completed MOT’s, services and Work for me before and had already ordered parts and a tyre before I arrived. Gave me an estimated time of a week, however, contacted today to say the car was ready. They apologised for the costs but with service like theirs I was extremely pleased with the way they handled everything.
Just needed tyres checking no problem done straight away I am old lady any staff polite and helpfulxx
Southwell Auto Centre helped me enormously with recharging a flat battery and resetting my car's monotoring system, after I managed to upset it... all at no charge! For me, that's top-notch customer service. Well done, keep it up!
