Thoroughly good experience with Alex - no pressure sales, knowledgeable, genuinely pleasant guy. Very helpful with providing video tours of cars. I didn't buy from here in the end but it made the experience of looking for a new car enjoyable rather than utterly overwhelming.
Honest! And genuine! Rare to find these days. I sold a beloved car to them, they offered me the genuine price for it , not a typical trader that kicks it to feed his belly!! Brought a 17 year old Range Rover cheap great for its age had new brakes all round .We ran diagnostic check before I left with the vehicle running perfectly had no issues was a decent retail price.
Sold a faulty xc90 to my disabled father gave absolutely no help with the vehicle and sold it as "no issues". Noticed a drain on the battery in the first days took it back to him but he just refuses to acknowledge its there even though it won't start up after a day of not using it. Rear differential blew within 1000 miles of purchase and around a month of ownership. Aftermarket stereo didn't work and rear door was from another car, none of the electricals worked.
