Highly recommend Austwick Berry if you are looking to buy/sell in Kesgrave. In particular Owen's professionalism and friendliness stood out.
Outstanding service. We just purchased our first home through them and the whole process was smooth and hassle free, and we were kept up to date throughout.
Really hopeless when it comes to getting viewings for rentals or updated information. They say they’ll call and don’t etc … Many of the staff are rude and blunt. I saw several reviews that they’re not good for landlords or tenants and in my experience i wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t use to rent.
Experience as a buyer, they were very good and got things moving when everything seem to be at a standstill. I would definitely recommend and if we sell our house I will be using them as my first choice. Thank you to the whole team.
