Say WHAT more great reviews written by the same people on the last couple of pages,all on the same day again REALLY! NOT! Turn back a couple of pages and read the REAL reviews. For more information contact the Department of Licensing or better yet how about Attorney Generals office. Do not be FOOLED by the second website filled with rave reviews it is the same garage same dates etc. Contact the state of Washington dealer reviews before buying ANY vehicle from this lot.
Me and my girlfriend bought a car here. This is our storey. We test drove an older car and decided to buy it, It looked a bit on the high side price-wise but we were tired and decided to go for it. When we went home we had a look at "craigs list" and found our car was listed at Austins for \$1500 less than what we paid. The same day we contacted bob and asked for a "please explain". Funny LIE number 1 If you have an as is car that broke down, take it back and get a full refund. Urgent!!! If your "as is" car has broken down take it back to Austins. They have posted a story saying that a customer that had a car break down took it back for a full refund and swap!!! Of course this storey is bull*it. But why not try? My wife and I we went to Austins auto in hopes to find a car because I blown the motor on my truck and we needed a used car. They were very helpful. Not only did they give us a very good price on a mini van, but they took my truck in on trade at a very good price. I will be back there to get another car. The mini van is running very well at this time. If you need a used car or truck go there and check them out and buy one.

Well... judging by the other reviews on this place... my husband and I are the exception... Weve bought 2 cars with Austins so far, and both have been good, reliable vehiles. The only problems weve had are completely expected for the age and milage of the cars. Both have been financed through Austins (we paid 1/2 down) and although the late fees are really high and a little outrageous, we havent had any issues. If we had to buy another car, we would definitly go back to Austins. They havent screwed us yet!
These guys bought a car from me and treated me right. If I were to buy a car or even sell another one this would be my first choice, as has always been!!!!!! Keep up the great service guys!!!
