I must say I have had a completely different experience than these other reviewers. I have never in my life been so mistreated. The service started out good, where it seemed like they were willing to go out of their way for me; they dropped the price of the car and he ever met me in a more convenient spot. Do NOT buy a car here,unless you want to throw your money away. My girlfriend bought a 1995 Ford Mustang for her daughter for \$2500, expressing the need for a reliable car. On the way home, she noticed there were no brake lights. She took it right back, and the salesmen complained that they just could not make her happy. They supposedly fixed the brake lights. JUST DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE.....what a horrible place. do not go here. got a crap car and now I am stuck with it. The cars look cheap because they are garbage. The guy might be nice to you, but only to get your money....If you go to this place just think of the cars as garbage and however many thousands of dollars you might spend is going towards a big pile of garbage... dont waste your money on trash. I bought a vehicle from austin auto 2 yrs ago caught on fire leaving the lot and they said it didnt and refused to give my 1500.00 down payment back! they are crooks
A disabled man picked out a car he had decided to buy at this lot. The car had issues they promised to have fixed, and ready for him. I went there with him when the car was supposed to be ready. The car was not fixed. They told him he needed to give them at least \$2500 and sign a contract or pay in full, before they could fix it. They were pressuring him to hand over money, and sign papers.
