This dealership is engaged in ripping off their customers! Used car dealers are as a rule doing this, but these guys are really bad. They dont even try to hide it. They sold me a car for \$1700 and the NEXT DAY the cars radiator exploded. When I called them they told me it was my problem. I found out from Carfax that the car had been totalled in a front end collision. The title was faked. So beware of these shysters!
Been Ripped off here? Even if you purchased the auto "as is"...there is an effective and little-known remedy available to residents of washington state...it is called arbitration...and is available to taxpayers through the offices of the attorney general in olympia, wa. they will mail you forms to fill out...the dealer is required to personally appear at this hearing...where you are given an opportunity to argue your case...while vehicles can be sold "as is"...you have a reasonable expectation that the product will operate/p... read more
I dont know why everybody is so angry at them. I went in to get a car, and I got a nice BMW and I love it. The people were nice and I love my car. I dont understand all these negative reviews.
I purchased my car from Austins four years ago, after walking off of four other lots. I got a great car for \$4,100, which was under blue book. The transaction was quick and straight forward. The late model car held together beautifully, with only minor repairs and regular maintenance. This dealership deals with late model cars, so homework, and having the engine looked at by a knowlegeable person is always a good idea (regardless of where you buy from). I would not hesitate to look at cars at this lot in the future.
My friend recommended Austins Affordable Autos by a friend, and Im glad he did. I was shown around and got to choose the car I wanted and the best part was that they were able to give me financing and I have horrible credit. If anybody cant get financed definitely check out Austins because theyll be able to finance you.

yup, i did a 23 day parole violation. I am in a custody battle, and 90% of what you read on here is posted by my ex and her fiance. Your logic is flawed-I am a real customer, who just made my payment and was asked "do you like us, do you like your car?" I answered yes to both and was asked to post a review telling my true story. Matt, the manager, walked me to a storage room and showed me files of over 20,000 sales folders-each a different customer. The stock numbers on the reviews are so we can get \$20 credit off our next payment for telling our story as happy customers.
