Smelly Experience'To the owner / manager I work hard for my money and expect alot in this poor economy. You should have a good look at your staff and / or your manager because they lost a potential sale. Very weird experience. We bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Austins a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review becuase I had a couple of problems with the Jeep after I bought it, and as it turned out the issues were fairly minor concidering the milage and age of the vehicle, and I will point out that the mechanics at Austins offered to help fix one of the issues. okay... So Im looking online & I see all these crazy reviews about Austins Affordable. Like seriously, SCARY! So, I, like a SMART female. Aside from the mouse cage, it all went well the day we came in for our van. The kids were out of control and the staff here just put in a movie and gave them a soda. We ran through the paperwork and did the whole deal rather quickly as a matter of fact. The van runs great and the kids survived the experience. I wanted to thank everyone for the experience because it surely could have gone a lot worse all things considered. just came from austins again... took my nephew there this time. His car broke down & he just decided to trade it in for a better one. The guys at Austins Affordable decided to give him \$2500 down for his car he traded & he now has a 2002 dodge intreped. His payments are only \$168 a month for i think it was 14 months. This place is wonderful & I will always recommend them to other people who ever need a decent place to go buy USED CARS! GO TO AUSTINS AFFORDABL... This dealership is engaged in ripping off their customers! Used car dealers are as a rule doing this, but these guys are really bad. They dont even try to hide it. They sold me a car for \$1700 and the NEXT DAY the cars radiator exploded. When I called them they told me it was my problem. I found out from Carfax that the car had been totalled in a front end collision. The title was faked. So beware of these shysters!
