I got it jumped and took it to a shop n battery was bad which I figured n was ok getting a new one but then the mechanic said I will need a starter soon! its crap you even got to give this place one star because they don t deserve it at all, bad service rude and they need to figure out how to run a business because i have seen lemonade stands with better service. The lot in longview they recently set up has the worse cars, because vancouver can t even sell them whatever you do don t buy a car from this place.

AUSTINS IS A JOKE, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I HAVE BOUGHT 3 CARS FROM THEM THAT WERE OK. THEY JUST SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE AT 9PM TO REPO MY CAR. THE PAYMENT WASNT EVEN LATE OR DUE. WE WERE TOLD THAT WERE A MONTH AHEAD ON OUR PAYMENTS. SO SOMEONE IN THEIR OFFICE ISNT DOING THEIR JOB. EVEN IF IT WAS A MISTAKE WHY NOT CALL. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUTRAGEOUS ASSHOLES. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING MONEY INTO THE GARBAGE.

This place is not the best place to buy a car, they r rude and treat you like you never been treated before.I think they may be Bi-Polar or something .I read all the reviews and boy is that scary that someone would even give this place a license to operate.They should totally be audited by the IRS.Like I said this is not a place i would go to. they eat ass
A few months ago, my daughter and I went there to trade in an old Nissan Sentra and buy a more current model. The salesperson was wonderful. He helped us weed through a number of vehicles until we purchased a cute Saturn. After we closed the deal and brought it home, I was concerned based on some of these reviews Ive read on line. We had a wonderful experience, everyone was super! And the Saturn runs great! Needed to do a few items to it that were pointed out by our sales person. tHIS DEALLER IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUISNESS! recently I needed a car desperatley well in return i got what i thought was a gd car a junk i took it back the next day and asked for my money back they said leave it here we will fix it for you! well after a week and not getting it fixed they told me to pick out another car which the same problem ocurred when i was driving home its check engine light came on and the transmission started to slip.
