owner under attack by a ex while in a custody battle.. this business in good standing for 24 yrs, now hundreds of fake bad reviews from alleged employees, customers, agencies etc... If ten percent were true this company would not be in business, much less the number one highest volume dealer in the portland market.

Buyer beware of dealer.. the cars are ok but the staff are another matter the longview lot hires tweakers the Vancouver lot threatens to repo your car when you call to ask about your plates then your stuck with temp plates past their due date... avoid this car lot to avoid legal problems... the stupid cow on the phone actually threatened to repo my car over plates um sorry but you can t unless I mis a payment... I will not recommend these jerks regardless of how nice the cars are price an all the staff are just not worth it

If you want a piece of crap that lasts one day - go here. We purchased a vehicle from Austin s a few years back and it did okay. We went back for a 2nd vehicle. We were interested in one vehicle that even the sale man said he wouldn t buy and he recommended us to another one. After the test drive, the vehicle engine was covered in oil and smoking really bad.
