SCAM SCAM SCAM at the kelso longview car lot. Jeremy the owner will RIP YOU OFF!!! they put tape on broken #\$%\$ in their cars, and LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE CAR. I had to get the car towed home after I bought it. Good luck getting Jeremy Simpson to pay you for the repairs. He s a #\$%\$ thief, and he will rip anyone off. BUYER BEWARE!
Issues with the 2001 Volvo V70CX we JUST bought on Sunday 9/15/2013 We test drove a 01 Volvo V70CX and liked it, eventually put \$2000 down and signed the remaining finance agreements totaling just over \$6700 with what turned out to be these scam artist, lying, #\$%\$'. we drove off the lot and headed home. I am 19 years old and just got my first car at Austins. My dad took me there because we have bought four cars for our family at Austins over the past two years. We wouldn t keep going back if we weren t happy with them. They sell inexpensive vehicles at discounted prices. I love my new Jetta and couldn t have gotten it if it wasn t for their easy inhouse financing. Thanks again Austins!!

I sent a good friend and business associate to Austin Auto. He was having some business problems and had to let his 2008 Lincoln Navagitor go. He purchased a vehicle from Austin Auto, has been driving it for four year and has never had a problem with it, he told me it was the best used car he had ever purchased.
owner under attack by a ex while in a custody battle.. this business in good standing for 24 yrs, now hundreds of fake bad reviews from alleged employees, customers, agencies etc... If ten percent were true this company would not be in business, much less the number one highest volume dealer in the portland market.
