I bought a car on 9-4 from Austins Affordable Autos for 5103.75. I put 2500 down and was to pay 2603.75 on the 9-18. My father passed away a few months ago and I had to pay for his probate attorney, so I could not pay the second payment on time. 9-20 I called and spoke with Darrell and Michelle they say they would help and to come in. I got me a 2001 Audi A4, my credit is soo freaking bad that even banks wont open an account for me. Austins Affordable Autos got me the car though! Who else would have done that to me? I dont care what all these losers say about them, in my opinion ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. And all this junk on here is just words, and I am living proof of Austins actions. My boyfriend and I just went in there today and had a great experience. It was about the sixth place we had been to today and by far, gave us the best treatment. Our sales guy was great and the owner gave us all the needed details. They even had problems on running my card at first and the owner took care of it. I found Austins Affordable Autos to be quite a nice dealership. One of their new sales men Tom took a ton of time and showed me all of the cars that were in my price range and helped me find the best one for me. I looked at 5 other used car dealerships and these guys got the lowest prices man! Im recommending these guys to my friends for sure.
The owner is in "JAIL" "PRISON" which says a lot. All or 95 % of the good comments are from the employees. They are all liars. Dont put your life behind a wheel from Austins Affordable Autos. They take advantage of people who are in need and they screw them over after all the bull shi@ (excuse my language) they say. If you work there quite since every car sold is putting a life in danger. The fat lady at the office was not very nice. that is my only complaint. I guess she doesnt work there any more. I bought a chev Z71. It was cheap. It has high miles , but has been a good truck. I make my payments on time. I was late twice. The first time, they did not charge me, the second time i payd \$40 for 2 days. High I think, but its in my contract and i was late. Aside from the mouse cage, it all went well the day we came in for our van. The kids were out of control and the staff here just put in a movie and gave them a soda. We ran through the paperwork and did the whole deal rather quickly as a matter of fact. The van runs great and the kids survived the experience. I wanted to thank everyone for the experience because it surely could have gone alot worse all things considered. Very happy with the whole thing.
Buying a car sucks most of the time, but these guys were really down to earth and didnt hold back with me in regards to the quality of the cars I was looking at. The options and price were more than affordable and I will definitely be back here for my next car when its time. Thanks for treating me like a person guys.
Austins autos did me right, the gave me credit for my previous down payment and told me it would apply to any vehicle on the lot. Robert gave great customer service. We had some problems with our car, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. I am no longer an unhappy customer, and have since become impressed with their effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to make me a happy customer . Give these guys a chance . Robert was honest about all vehicles on the lot. Happy Happy customer.
