Great experience at the start. All was well and the girls in the office were so helpful! Now I’m ending my tenancy 4 months in, over a repairs dispute. They rented me a property which had 0 hot water, broken air extraction, broken shower head and a leaking shower which will eventually cause even more damage. Despite trying to resolve this, I’m ignored. Despite my great first experience, I wouldn’t recommend renting though Austin Wyatt. The company they use, CountryWide, are dreadful. 4 months without hot water. Madness….
Very friendly and accomodating letting agents, the paperwork was admin was emailed over in good time and the communication is 5 star! Would definitely recommend.
