Had a really lovely experience with Team Austin! The viewings with Lisa and Alex were great, not pushy/salesy and just genuinely nice people. For everything sales process related I had the pleasure of dealing with Jada, who was very switched on, went above and beyond and overall had the patience of an angel. I'm a first time buyer and it wasn't very straightforward (chain issues), but Jada answered every question and sorted every detail quickly and professionally. Thank you very much for everything! :)
