The caring staff at Austin Pet Memorial Center made the loss of our Sugar a little easier to get through. The staff, especially Brenda, were so attentive to our fur baby and making sure our wishes were honored. We miss Sugar so much, but we are so grateful that, when the time came, we found a loving, caring team of professionals to help us say goodbye to our Sugar with dignity and grace.

Beautiful memorial center. You can tell they really care about what they do. They do not try and up sell you things. The staff was extremely polite and caring. The atmosphere made it comfortable even in such a hard situation. Thank you austin memorial center!
