We had a very negative experience of Austin & Carnley solicitors while buying a house in which they were representing the seller. We found them to be incredibly poor at communicating and we felt very out of the loop and unclear of what was happening as a result. They were very bad at responding to our solicitor and required multiple follow ups and interventions from our solicitor and the estate agents.
