We used A&C for our recent house purchase after being recommended by family. We found Jeanie and Katie to be highly professional and friendly. Emails were responded to promptly and the house purchase went through smoothly. We would use their services again.
I entrusted this firm to deal with ALL legal and funeral payments after my father died. This is standard practice usually to make sure all monies are taken from the estate. Not only to make sure everything is paid for but also to save the stress to the people who are in grief. I find out SIX years after my father's death that not everything was paid for despite telling the solicitor at the time to make sure it was.
