Very poor customer service experience. I had lip filler injected early January ‘24 by Austin. Sadly after 2 weeks I was left with very uneven filler in the top lip where far too much had been added to the left side. I went back twice to try and resolve the issue over a 6 week period, and he ended up advising me to get more filler ‘to even it out’. Extremely professional with amazing results
Austin is the best as far as I'm concerned... He has a wonderful personality and is also very funny , I really look forward to my appointments.. I have botox with him, I have done for years.. And I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever... the reason being it lasts.. I get a good six months of no movement as he doesn't water down his products .. I've been to other people and you get movement after 8 weeks. So happy I found him as its absolute value for money.. And the clinic is beautifully clean always... 😍
